The show

Genuine operator stories, told straight.

Most CRE interviews stay at altitude. This one gets into the machinery. One guest, roughly thirty minutes, and a host who did the homework so the guest can just talk. The result is the conversation you would have off-mic at the bar after the conference.

~30 minutes

One conversation, about half an hour. Long enough to get real, short enough to finish on a drive.

Operators only

People who own the deals and sign the checks. No panels, no pundits, no product reps.

No prep, no slides

Show up and talk. The research is on us. Nothing to build, nothing to rehearse.

What it is, what it isn't

Read this before you say yes.

What it is

  • A real conversation with a working CRE operator, investor, or founder.
  • Genuine stories about how the firm actually got built, deal by deal.
  • An honest read on where capital, rates, and demand are heading.
  • Relaxed, unscripted, and short enough to finish in one sitting.

What it isn't

  • Not a show about AI or software. The host builds it. The show is not about it.
  • Not a sales call. Nobody is getting pitched, on-mic or after.
  • Not a gotcha. No traps, no debate, no adversarial angle.
  • Not a panel of pundits talking around the deals from the outside.

A few honest answers

Questions people ask.

Is this a new show?
Yes. Season 1 is being recorded right now. A handful of CRE operators are already booked. Subscribe and episode one lands in your feed the day it drops.
How long is each episode?
Around thirty minutes. Long enough to get past the surface, short enough to finish on a drive.
Who is it for?
Commercial real estate operators, investors, and founders. People running firms across multifamily, retail, industrial, office, development, capital markets, brokerage, and land.
Is this an AI or product show?
No. Adam builds AI systems for CRE at LunoMotion, but the show is not about that. It is about how firms get built and where the market is going. No product talk, on-mic or off.
